In some cases, you may be asked to check for firmware updates for one or more of your devices.
To Check for Firmware Updates

Log into the Nexia web portal at www.mynexia.com.

If you have multiple homes, select the home you want to update.

Click Edit under the picture of your home.

Select Firmware at the top of the screen.

Any devices that have updates available will have a button that says Update Firmware. Click this to begin.

Nexia will warn you of the approximate amount of time the update will take and ask you to confirm.

Nexia will display the progress of the update. Once the update is complete, the device you updated will reboot and return to normal function. If the update fails, please contact Customer Support.
