The Refresh User Code button tells the lock to report how many codes are currently stored in the lock's memory.
In most cases, this button is not needed because Nexia® requests this information from the lock automatically when the Lock page is viewed.
However, if there is a chance that codes were added or deleted at the lock's keypad while the bridge was disconnected (and therefore did not receive a report that codes were changed), then pressing this button will update the portal to ensure that the display matches the code list in the lock.
To access this page, log into Nexia Home and select Security & Sensors from the menu on the left side. Locate the lock in question and press the Edit User Codes button found to the right of the lock name. You will then see the screen below.
After you press Refresh User Codes, you will see the number and description of the User Codes that are currently active for your lock.
You will not be able to see the actual codes, but you can remove, add, or change user codes in this screen and select whether to receive an alert when a specific code is used.
